There are several possible reasons why you cannot add or finalize after recording with a DVD recorder or computer drive.
(1) Is there any scratches, dust, dirt, or fingerprints on the recording surface?
If the recording surface of the disc is dirty, you may not be able to add or finalize it.
(2) Is there a possibility that the lens of the device is dirty?
If the lens that passes when irradiating the recording surface with the laser beam is dirty, the power of the laser beam will be reduced and recording may not be possible.
In this case, you may be able to add or finalize by cleaning with a lens cleaner. Please contact the equipment manufacturer regarding this point.
(3) Have you ever recorded with settings that cannot be added?
In the case of a write setting called Disk at Once, which makes it impossible to make additional recordings after one writing, once writing is performed, additional writing cannot be performed after that.
